I offer integrative women’s health care for women seeking a more thoughtful, whole-person approach to wellness. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide unrushed, personalized care that considers your menstrual cycle, hormones, lifestyle, stress, and overall health — not just isolated symptoms.
My approach blends evidence-based medical care with deep listening and a respect for the complexity of women’s bodies. Appointments are intentionally longer, allowing space to understand your full story and create a care plan that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
Currently, medical visits are only offered via secure telehealth for Utah residents.

60 minutes
This initial visit is a comprehensive deep-dive into your health history and current concerns. We’ll explore your menstrual cycle, hormonal patterns, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and overall well-being.
When appropriate, this visit may include:
Ordering labs or diagnostic testing
Thoughtful interpretation of symptoms and patterns
Personalized recommendations and a clear follow-up plan
If you have concerns related to your menstrual cycle, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility or pregnancy planning, perimenopause, or other women’s health concerns, we will begin this conversation during your initial visit. Some concerns may require follow-up visit(s) to ensure they are given the time, attention, and nuance they deserve.

For returning clients
60 minutes
This visit is designed for established patients who are returning for ongoing preventive and wellness-focused care.
During your annual visit, we’ll review your health over the past year, assess any changes in your menstrual cycle, hormones, symptoms, or lifestyle, and update your care plan as needed. This appointment allows space to revisit goals, discuss new concerns, and support long-term health and well-being.
When appropriate, this visit may include:
Preventive screenings and routine wellness care
Review or ordering of labs
Ongoing guidance related to hormonal health, perimenopause, or other women’s health concerns
Refinement of lifestyle and wellness recommendations
Annual wellness visits help maintain continuity of care and provide an opportunity to address concerns early, rather than waiting for symptoms to escalate.
