Hi, I’m Josie!

I’m a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Sacred Soul SLC. I provide integrative women’s health care to women in Utah, and health coaching to women nationwide. I received my Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Utah in 2020, following more than a decade of experience as a registered nurse. Along the way, I expanded my training to include Health Coaching, Women’s-Centered Coaching, and Breathwork Facilitation — blending the science of medicine with the art of holistic healing.

Beyond my training, I’m a very real, and beautifully imperfect human — just like you. I bring to the table both my professional expertise and my lived experience as a woman who has navigated her own seasons of growth, challenge, and healing. This work isn’t about me fixing you, it’s about creating a collaborative space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as we uncover what works for you.

How I approach Women’s Health

My approach to wellness is grounded in the core foundations of health: nutrition, movement, stress reduction, restorative sleep, and meaningful connection. I view food as medicine and believe that self-care is not selfish — it is sacred. When we heal ourselves, we create ripples of healing in our families, our communities, and the world around us.

While my passion lies in helping women navigate perimenopause with clarity and confidence, my care extends to women of all ages and life stages — honoring the way our health unfolds across the full arc of our lives. You deserve to feel vibrant, confident, and deeply connected to your body. My mission is to help you rediscover that strength — not through quick fixes, but through sustainable, soul-centered care that supports every layer of who you are.

Healing is the journey of coming home — to your body and your own inner wisdom. If you’re ready to feel balanced and empowered in your body again, I’d be honored to walk beside you on that journey.

This work has been shaped by my own questions, challenges, and a desire to do things differently. If you’d like to learn more about my journey, check out my first blog post, “Why Not?”
