Perimenopause & Menopause Support

Integrative, evidence-based support for women in midlife

Menopause is a complex, often misunderstood transition that can affect nearly every aspect of a woman’s health — from energy, mood, and sleep to metabolism, bone health, and overall vitality.

I offer integrative, evidence-based care for women in midlife who want clarity, compassionate support, and individualized guidance through hormonal change. Care is tailored to your unique physiology, symptoms, and goals, with unrushed visits that allow time for meaningful conversation and thoughtful decision-making.

Currently, medical visits are only offered via secure telehealth for Utah residents.
