I can offer evidence-based health education and lifestyle guidance, but health coaching does not include medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching is non-medical in nature and is designed to complement — not replace — medical care.

Single Health Coaching Sessions

Single health coaching sessions are available for women who are curious about coaching and want a supportive, low-pressure way to experience the process before committing to a package.

Single sessions are also well suited for:
